All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking for all online reservations unless otherwise stated. For inquiries, payment details will be provided with your custom quote. We accept payments via Stripe, ensuring your financial details are secure.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
We offer free cancellation with a full refund for any cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of your tour or transfer. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time are non-refundable. To cancel a booking, please contact us directly via email or phone.
3. Liability
Vista Getaway is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during a tour or transfer, except where caused by the negligence of the company or its employees. We recommend all travelers have their own comprehensive travel insurance.
4. Passenger Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is disruptive or poses a safety risk to the driver or other passengers. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be the financial responsibility of that passenger.
